Resepi Famous Amos Lookalike Cookies =)

Haaa.. sebelum ni I just tipu2 kata nak bagi resepi Famous Amos cookies kan?
Tapi actually saya ada resepi tuu… saja nak simpan bagi masa nak raya. Hik hik.

Someone gave it to me. Tapi saya tak pasti whether this is the original recipe atau orang cipta sendiri ala-ala rasa Famous Amos. So I called it Famous Amos Lookalike Cookies. Kalau cakap yang betul nanti kena saman baru tahu. Hehe.

But seriously I never tried. So, try under your OWN RISK okey! Kalau jadi, hebat. Kalau tak jadi saya tak bertanggungjawab. Hehe.

Dah nak masuk puasa ni kan mesti ramai nak buat cookies untuk jual la, utk makan sendiri la. Apa kata try la wat biskut ni. Kalau jadi bgtahu saya okey.

Famous Amos Lookalike Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups butter
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmel & blen in blender to a fine powder)
24 oz. choclate chips
1 tsp salt
18 oz. Cadburry bar (grated)
4 eggs
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
2 tsp. vanilla


Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Add choclate chips, Cadburry bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.. bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Make about 120 cookies.
