Just nak share here kepada yang susah nak lelap, you can try this :)

kalo kak nisa, makan banyak2 sebelum tdo confirm senang tdo..sbb kenyang suda..jadi mau cari bantal...hehe
hahaha sometimes bila saya susa nak tidur, saya akan minum warm milo. Kalau food jawabnya tak tido langsungla tu. haha -_-

i've tried all method suggested by the doctors.tapi memang akan ada masalah tidur.warm milk da,warm water with honey,exercise for at least 20 mins,jangan tidur siang,makan apa pun da buat.
you what works for me?either sleeping pills or 2 hours of intense kickboxing training.
mungkin sebab i ada critical punya insomnia -_-'
